Sadie Harrell was a resident of the Land Between the Lakes region from her birth in Stewart County, Tennessee in 1898 until her and husband's displacement in 1965. She went to school in Rushing Creek in Stewart County and to high school at Model. She taught at Rushing Creek and Ginger Creek in Stewart County.
